                          Our business is underpinned by three core values that have been in place since our Company's foundation in 2006:

These relationships are fundamental to all of our digital security solutions, and our clients know they can trust us to manage their digital data and the personal information of their customers. Their needs are integral to our product innovation and we use a co-creation approach for certain products. To help us measure our performance and satisfaction levels with clients and shape our strategic direction, we run an annual customer-listening program that also offers insight into their own vision and challenges. 



                          *To gauge customer loyalty we employ the industry-standard Net Promote Score (NPS), with the question “Would you recommend Gemalto to a colleague or peer?” Ranking score scope -100 to +100. +54 ranks Gemalto amongst the top technology companies.

In order to support their development, we offer a broad range of learning opportunities, with 75% of employees having received training in 2017. Employee satisfaction is also measured on a yearly basis so that we can monitor how we're doing and create action plans on specific topics or areas for improvement.

We continually develop valuable new ideas and creative approaches to business and technology challenges. We accelerate our digital transformation through the use of agile methodologies and cloud technologies. Moreover, we are transforming our working methods by using an innovation process to manage the constant flow of new ideas from across the Company. This process includes all steps of innovation: from triggering creativity, to nurturing ideas and developing innovative solutions for our traditional and adjacent businesses.
